Spanning 90m², the new rear extension housed an open plan kitchen/dining room and ground floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The addition of an extra large roof lantern enabled light to flood in, and express bi-folding doors opened up the room to the landscaped garden, providing fantastic entertaining capabilities.
