Build a 3 bedroom semi-detached home on the land acquired from the adjoining property.
Working alongside the client Upright revised the original planned layout of the property and provided full specification of materials. In order to install downstairs w/c facilities, sani-flo pumps were utilised due to existing pipe levels making the common route unavailable. Throughout the project, all trade personnel utilised for the build were supplied and recommended by Upright.
After a build period of 13 weeks, the previously unoccupied land now housed a 3 bedroom semi-detached house with a footprint of 50m².

Upright provided us with the most professional quote & listened to what we wanted out of the project. They took the time to talk us though the quote and time frame in which the build be completed.
