It's not often you come across a grand design of its era; however, our new project in Park Lane East, Reigate can make this claim.

Built in the 60's, the property has experienced limited updating, until now.  Its new owners, a couple with a young family has purchased the property and have made it their mission to bring this architectural home into the 21st century while protecting its past, even going to the length to invite the original architect to the property to take him through their new plans.

Originally a 3 bedroom property the new designs turn it into a 4 bedroom property with 3 ensuites.  Managed by Dave Nolan, Upright Construction Contracts Manager, and his team, the property will be undergoing a complete re-design internally over a period of 30 weeks.

Working closely with Charlie Luxton Design our team started work at the site on the 11th September.  Now into week 4 of the re-design and renovation process, the structural work has begun, incorporating new steals and new drainage.

Fancy taking a tour around the property as it stood before we started?  HeadsAbovetheCloud has put together a 3D realspace interactive scan.  Click here for your own tour of Park Lane East
