We're on the hunt for an apprentice office administrator.  Are you wanting a varied office role where you can also gain your Level 2 in Business Studies?  If that is you get in touch, your desk and chair are ready and waiting along with a competitive salary.

Here is an outline of the role:

General office administration

  • Answering incoming calls and directing as appropriate

  • Opening and directing post

  • Ordering stationery

  • Office filing

  • Assisting Project Manager’s with emails and administration

  • Holiday cover for Office Manager

Assisting with estimating admin

  • Booking new client enquiry appointments and following these up with email confirmation

  • Collate file with drawings and relevant information prior to booked appointments

  • Respond to website enquiries accordingly


  • Basic accounts data inputting using Sage Line 50

  • Overview and training on Sage Line 50 accounts software


  • Creating Health & Safety Paperwork

  • Neighbours Letters

  • Creating Job Files For The Office & Project Managers

  • Keeping Sub-Contractor Information Up To Date

  • Organising Hudson Paperwork and Set Up
